2. Hosting and server log files

This website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Germany.

Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically stores information in log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is processed to ensure the smooth and secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted automatically after 30 days.

3. Reach measurement

To evaluate the use of our websites statistically, every page loads a counting pixel from info.kv.de: a transparent image of 1 × 1 pixel, requested by a small script of this website. The request contains the name of this website and a timestamp that keeps the image from being cached; like every request, it also transmits your IP address and browser identifier. These are processed briefly in memory to form an anonymous checksum with a random value that changes daily. This lets us count visits without recognising you. The IP address is not stored, and the checksum is deleted after 24 hours at the latest. Reach measurement does not set cookies and does not store any data on your device. Only aggregated figures are stored (page views and visitors per day and domain). If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, the pixel is not loaded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the reach of our websites (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set cookies and does not store any data on your device.

5. Fonts, external content and links

Fonts, stylesheets and scripts of this website are loaded from our own server. Apart from the counting pixel (section 3), no external services, analytics tools, content delivery networks or social media plugins are used.

This website contains links to other websites, such as qualigo.com. No data is transferred to them until you click a link. The operator of the linked website is responsible for the processing that takes place there.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above.
